Unlock 3 new badges and hit the 60-challenge milestone!

Gamification and consistency: our formula

The objective of the World Streak Walking Association remains unchanged: anchoring the 3.2 km (2 miles) walk into your daily routine. To support this commitment without falling into monotony, we are enriching our rewards system. Every month, new thematic badges will make their appearance. Today, we are crossing a symbolic threshold with a total of 60 badges available in the application. Discover the latest 3 additions designed for three very distinct walker profiles.

Focus on the 3 new badges of the month

1. Active May — 2026 Edition (mai_actif_2026)

  • The condition: Validate a minimum of 20 walking days of at least 3.2 km during the month of May 2026.
  • The reward: 250 Footprints.
  • For whom? Followers of pure consistency. This badge rewards long-term discipline rather than a one-day exploit.

2. Urban Climber (grimpeur_urbain)

  • The condition: Reach more than 200 meters of cumulative positive elevation gain during a single walking session.
  • The reward: 200 Footprints.
  • For whom? Those who love relief. Whether in nature, on hills, or by climbing repetitive urban stairs, this badge values intensity.

3. Rush Hour

  • The condition: Record 7 specific walks between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
  • The reward: Standard value in Footprints.
  • For whom? This is the official badge of the walking commuter. Designed as the counterpoint to dawn challenges, it directly targets those who optimize their home-to-work commutes, get off the subway one station early, or walk before tackling their office day.
